Mildred Ethel Boyd Magee, age 71, of 2247 Mill Creek Road, Millboro, Virginia, died Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at The Springs Nursing Center in Hot Springs.

She was born August 20, 1942.

She was preceded in death by her husband Harry Theodore Magee, Jr. in January of this year, and a son, William Albert Magee.

She is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth Jane Magee of Woolwich Township, New Jersey; two sons, Harry Edward Magee of Albemarle, North Carolina, and Michael David Magee of Pedricktown, New Jersey; three grandchildren, Dawn Elizabeth Lange, Willow Ann Magee, and Drew Edward Magee; five grandchildren, Quentin William Lange, Alexia Rose Lange, Ashlyn Nicole Fredo, Phoenix Chase Fredo and Reed Jackson Fredo.

In keeping with her wishes, her body has been cremated. There will be no services at this time.

Arrangements are being handled by Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge, Virginia.
