Billie Ann Major Reedy, 72, of 1710 Main Street, Clifton Forge, Virginia, died Thursday August 14, 2014 at her residence.

She was born July 18, 1942 a daughter of the late Beatrice Major Fulton.

She was a retired CNA working in South Carolina.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by two brothers.

She is survived by a daughter, Susan A. Nicely and husband, Dale, of Iron Gate; a son, Charles W. Reedy, of Turbeville, SC; and a brother, William Major, of California; seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and a special friend, Priscilla.

In keeping with her wishes her body has been cremated, and a graveside memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday in Mountain View Cemetery, Clifton Forge with the Reverend Edith Snedegar officiating. There is no formal visitation scheduled.
