Obituary for Trudy Rosemary Redman Lee Trudy Rosemary Redman Lee
Mill Branch Church Of God Member Was Member Of Potts Valley Singers

Trudy Rosemary Redman Lee, 69, of 508 Summit Drive, Covington, Virginia, passed away, Friday, September 26, 2014 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

She was born April 29, 1945 in Alleghany County, a daughter of the late John H. and Anna Mae Simmons Redman.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.

Trudy was a member of the Mill Branch Church of God. She was former Sunday School Teacher and choir member of the church. She enjoyed being a member of the Potts Valley Singers.

Surviving are her husband of 48 years, Nathan "Billy" Lee of Covington; her daughter, Deena C. Lee of Covington; her son, Chris Lee and his wife, Pauline of Victoria, Australia; two grandsons, Markell Wood of Covington and Brandon Lee of Millboro; several aunts, including Adena Tingler of Covington, and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. in Arritt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Nancy Hubbard officiating, assisting the Rev. David Brown.

Interment will be made in Lone Star Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. at the Arritt Funeral Home.

Memorial donations in Trudy's name may be made to Mill Branch Church of God Building Fund or to the American Cancer Society, in care of Karen Buzzard, 807 McCormick Boulevard, Clifton Forge, VA 24422.
