Peggy Campbell McCormick, 67, of Buena Vista, passed away on Wednesday, October15, 2014.

She was a member of the Buena Vista Presbyterian Church and was happy to serve her community working for Nationwide Insurance for over 30 years.

She was also a proud member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David McCormick; father, Lee Campbell; step-father, Johnny Ramsey; and special friends, Decker and Romalda Fix.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Ramsey; sister, Linda Floyd and husband, Larry; brother, Greg Campbell and wife, Shelia, son, Scott McCormick and wife, Lindsay; daughter, Hillary Huffman and husband, Jeff; and numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made in her memory to the Buena Vista Presbyterian Church.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, October19, 2014, at the Buena Vista Presbyterian Church. Interment will be private.
