Judith Mann (Judy) Martin, 65 of Covington, Virginia, died Sunday, October 19, 2014 at her residence.

She was born October 1, 1949 in Talcott, West Virginia, a daughter of Joyce Gore Mann of Talcott, WV, and the late Robert Leon Mann.>

She was also preceded in death by an infant son, Barry Leon Martin.>

Judy was a self-employed hair dresser.>

She was a member of member of Pine Street Baptist Church, where she was a Trustee, member of the Willing Workers and an Usher.>

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, John Edward Martin, III, of Covington; three daughters, Candice Jackson (Howard) of Greensboro, NC, Cheri Martin and Casi Staton (Christopher), all of Covington; three grandchildren, Haven Coles, Chris Staton and Corinne Staton; six Sisters, Linda Huffman, Shelby Morris, and Vickie Armendariz all of Talcott, WV, Tracey Moran and Teresa Mann, both of Atlanta, GA, and Lisa Woodson of Huntington, WV; five brothers, Robert Mann of Covington, Jerry Mann, Michael Mann and Andre Mann, all of Talcott, WV, and Jon Mann of Lewisville, NC; and a host of nieces nephews and cousins.>

The funeral service will be held Friday, October 24, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. at the graveside in Cedar Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Thomas Harper officiating.>

The family will receive their friends from 12:00 noon until service time at Arritt Funeral Home.
