Jonathan Rae Huguley, Sr., age 44, of 1037 Venus Way, Clifton Forge, Virginia, died Monday, November 10, 2014.

He was born January 21, 1970 in Clifton Forge to Kenneth Putnam and Diana Faye Huguley Tyree.

He was an avid Washington Redskins fan.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Jacqueline Joy Little.

He is survived by his mother, Faye Tyree and husband, Chuck of Clifton Forge; his father, Kenny Putnam of Clifton Forge; three children, Jonathan R. "Jay" Huguley, Jr. of Glen Wilton, Whitney "Boo Bear" Huguley of Clifton Forge, and Andrew "Drew" Huguley of Clifton Forge; five sisters, Christy Godbold of Chesapeake, Mikki Parks of Covington, Twila Boyd of Iron Gate, Kim Putnam-Paxton of Clifton Forge, and Sherrie Volk-Mann of Clifton Forge; a brother, Billy Godbold of Berkley Springs, WV; a grandson, Hunter Rae Huguley; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge. Following the service, his body will be cremated.

The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Nicely Funeral Home and other times at the home of Whitney Huguley, 533 Roxbury Street, Clifton Forge, VA, or Faye Tyree, 616 Pine Street, Clifton Forge, VA.
