Lillie Hazel Shinault, age 94, of 272 Cabin Draft Road, Millboro, Virginia, died Monday, November 24, 2014 at her residence.

She was born July 19, 1920 in Millboro to the late Walter Raymond Shinault, Sr. and Oakley Rhea Shinault.

She was a retired seamstress for Jane Colby and a member of Millboro Christian Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Corrine Whiteside, Margaret Forbes, and Larnie Conner, and two brothers, Raymond Shinault and Thearl Shinault.

She is survived by a sister, Zora Hefner and husband, Calvin of Millboro; a brother, Walter R. Shinault, Jr. and wife, Jean of Millboro; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, December 1, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in Windy Cove Cemetery, Millboro Springs with Reverend John Haney officiating. There will be no visitation.
