Carol Ann Neely, age 65, of 1837 Tilletson Place, Woodbridge, Virginia, and formerly of Clifton Forge, died Saturday, January 17, 2015 in George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C.

She was born January 13, 1950 in Hinton, West Virginia, to Elizabeth "Libby" Ward Neely and the late Reverend John David Neely.

She was retired from Data Search.

She enjoyed cooking and preparing meals, loved animals and was an avid Washington Redskins fan.

She is survived by her mother, Libby Neely of Clifton Forge; companion, Walter Graves; a daughter, Lisa Boone and husband, Nate; a step son, eight grandchildren, and two great grandsons.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Oak Hill Bible Church, Clifton Forge with Reverend Roger Bush officiating. Interment will follow in Alleghany Memorial Park, Low Moor.

Pallbearers will be Richard Lilly, Paige Wolfe, Melvin Plumley, Antonio Ashford, DeAndre Ashford, and Walter Graves, Jr.

The family will receive friends on Friday afternoon, from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at Oak Hill Bible Church, and other times at the residence of Libby Neely, 313 Church Street, Clifton Forge. Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge is handling arrangements.
