Buena Vista Resident Dies At Age 87
Meredith Elwood Byers, 87, of Buena Vista, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Golden Living Center.
He was born in Orono County, Va. on September 4, 1927.
He was married to Mary Louise Fitzgerald.
Surviving is his daughter, Patty Byers, of Titusville, Florida; sister, Audrey Congdon, of Carol Stream, Illinois; sisters-in-law, June Byers, of Evington and Betty Byers, of Buena Vista.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, February 6, 2015 at Bolling, Grose & Lotts. Burial will be private.
The Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Service is charge of arrangements.
