Obituary for Garland Elwood Frazier Garland Elwood Frazier
Covington Native Was Bullpen Restaurant Maintenance Employee

Garland Elwood Frazier, age 82, of 1424 Camden Street, Clifton Forge, Virginia, died Sunday, February 15, 2015 at his residence.

He was born December 18, 1932 in Covington, Virginia, to the late Garnett and Thelma Long Frazier.

He was a maintenance worker for the former Clifton Forge Bullpen Restaurant, and a former member of the Clifton Forge Moose Lodge.

He enjoyed watching John Hagey.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Jean Frazier of Clifton Forge; a daughter, Tina Boggs and husband, Rodney of Frankford, WV; two sons, Richard Robinson, Sr. and wife, Loretta of Covington, and Michael Robinson and wife, Amanda of Clifton Forge; and four grandchildren, Richard Robinson, Jr., Michaela Robinson, Cody Robinson, and Cameron Robinson.

The family would like to give special thanks to Amanda Robinson for his care.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 20, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge, with Loretta Boggs officiating.

Interment was made previously in Mountain View Cemetery, Clifton Forge. There will be no formal visitation.

The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to the Mountain Regional Hospice Volunteers, P. O. Box 637, Clifton Forge, VA 24422.
