Betty Davis Jarvis, 82, of Buena Vista, Virginia, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2015,
at her residence.
She was the daughter of the late Anthony and Rena Davis and
the wife of the late Carlyle M. Jarvis.
She is survived by one son, Timothy D. Jarvis; two daughters, Jacqueline Jarvis
Flint and Jeanie Chittum Kessler.
She was preceded in death by a daughter,
Cheryl Jarvis De Ryder. She has two grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and
three great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at Bolling,
Grose & Lotts Funeral Home with the Rev. Butch Grow officiating. Burial will
follow at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour
prior to the service at the funeral home.
