Buena Vista Resident Dies At Age 51
Jeffrey Dwayne Reid, 51, of Buena Vista, Virginia, passed away on May 5, 2015.
He was born
on November 2, 1963, son of Joyce Ann Reid and the late John T. Reid Jr.
In
addition to his father, he is also preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Elmore
Reid.
Surviving Jeffrey are three brothers, John H. Reid and wife, Diane, James A.
Reid, Jason L. Reid; a sister, Julia "Angie" Iversen and husband, Carl; aunts,
Betty Harris, Elna Fultz; uncles, Hansford Ramsey, of Portsmouth, Larry Reid,
and Garry Reid; a number of sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, numerous nieces;
nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day
Saints in Buena Vista at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 15. 1015 with Bishop Caputo
officiating. Burial will be private.
The family will receive friends at any time
at the home of Joyce Reid, 973 Stoney Run Road, Buena Vista.
