Debra Sams Simmons, 61, of Rockbridge County and formerly of Covington,
Virginia, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at Golden Living Center, Buena
Vista, Virginia.
She is survived by brothers Michael Sams and wife, Sarah, of
Mt. Jackson, Virginia, and Steven Sams and wife, Robin, of Covington.
Funeral
arrangements are being handled by Loving Funeral Home of Covington, Virginia.
A
graveside service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at the Green Hill Cemetery, Buena
Vista, Virginia, and will be officiated by Pastor Butch Grow.
In lieu of flowers
the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Buena Vista Rescue
Squad or Rockbridge County Animal Rescue Shelter.
