Deborah Kaye King, age 57, of the Hiram W. Davis Medical Center, Petersburg, Virginia, went to be with her Maker on Friday, June 26, 2015 at the Southside Regional Medical Center in Petersburg.

Born June 2, 1958 at the C & O Hospital in Clifton Forge, she was a daughter of Charles W. and Selda Sprouse King.

She was preceded in death by paternal grandmother, Frances K. Campbell and maternal grandmother, Irene Persinger. Surviving Deborah are her father, Charles King of Falling Spring, Covington; her mother, Selda King and three sisters, Susan Faye Traylor and husband, Kevin, Connie Gaye Jacobs, and Frances Irene King, all of Greenville; a brother, Charles William King, Jr. of Staunton; and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In accordance with the family's wishes, her body has been cremated.

A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date.
