Obituary for Delmos Ray Bush Delmos Ray Bush
U. S. Army Veteran Was Former Dressler Motors Employee

Delmos Ray Bush, age 83 of the Golden Living Center, Clifton Forge, Virginia, and formerly of Low Moor, died Thursday, July 2, 2015 at the Golden Living Center.

He was born September 22, 1931 in Alleghany County to the late Wilbur A. and Lillie Frances Bush.

He had worked at the former Dressler Motors in Covington and also served his country in the United States Army.

He is survived by a step daughter, Barbara F. Hoke Clark of Clifton Forge; a step son, Rodney Bocook also of Clifton Forge; two sisters, Helen Warren and husband, Dick of Selma, Barbara Walton of Selma; two step-grandchildren, Gavin Clark and Brian Clark; two sisters-in-law, Shirley Bush of Verona and Ruth Bush of Clifton Forge; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty June Hoke Bush; and five brothers Don Bush, Basil Bush, Charles Bush, Ted Bush and Tommy Bush.

A graveside funeral service will held on Sunday, July 5, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Sunrise Cemetery, Low Moor with the Reverend Edith Snedegar officiating. Interment will follow. There will be no formal visitation. However, friends may visit any time at the home of Helen B. Warren, 1310 Richmond Street, Selma or at Nicely Funeral Home.

The Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge, is in charge of arrangements.
