Patrick Wayne (Pat) Clark, age 56, of 536 Ball Park Road, Eagle Rock, Virginia, died Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Lewis Gale Medical Center in Salem.

Pat was born March 4, 1959 in Clifton Forge to the late Ronald Clark and Eleanor Williams Clark Murphy.

He was a former crane operator and construction worker for Fluor-Daniel Construction.

He enjoyed fishing and being outdoors and was an avid Oakland Raiders fan.

In addition to his parents, Pat was preceded in death by his son, Kyle Edward Clark, and his sister, Judi Martin.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Hill Clark of Eagle Rock; niece, Kristen Martin and great niece, Kadence Bausman; cousin, Mary Frances Davis and husband, Tom of Charleston, WV; step daughters, Mandi Bishop and husband, Andy of Salem and Kristen Hamilton of Riner; step grandchildren, Hunter Hamilton, Tyler Hamilton, Kearstyn Hamilton and Jarrett Neese; mother-in-law, Shirley Hill of Clifton Forge; sister-in-law, Susan Hostetter and husband, Ricky of Eagle Rock; and a number of other nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge, with Pastor Billy Ronk officiating. Following the service, his body will be cremated.

The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Nicely Funeral Home. The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to the Eagle Rock Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 234, Eagle Rock, VA 24085.
