Arnona Coleman Kerr, 87, of Buena Vista, Virginia, died peacefully with family by her side Saturday July 18, 2015.

Born December 5, 1927 in Amherst County, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Yokley Vest and Wavie Burch Vest.

She was a member of the Oronoco Brethren Church.

Mrs. Kerr is preceded in death by her husband, Alba "Punk" Kerr, sister and brother-in-law, Eddie and Velma Bradley, and a brother, Earsey Coleman.

Mrs. Kerr is survived by her sister, Barbara Lucille Coleman and Buddy; two nephews, Stanley Bradley and wife, Charolette, Wayne Springer and wife, Shauna; one niece, Vicci Coleman; special friends, Larry and Brenda Kerr.

Funeral Services will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday July 21, 2015 at Bolling, Grose & Lotts chapel with the Rev. Arnold Bradley officiating. Burial will follow in the Rockbridge Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Monday July 20, 2015 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
