William Everett Zimmerman, 76, of Covington, Virginia, died October 21, 2015 at his residence.

Mr. Zimmerman was born on January 24, 1939, a son of the late Hubert Frank Zimmerman and Mary Landers Zimmerman.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

The family suggests that memorial tributes be made in the form of donations to the Alleghany Humane Society, P. O. Box 60, Low Moor, VA 24457.
