David Wayne Biggs, age 54 of 1200 Grace Avenue, Clifton Forge, Virginia, died Friday, November 20, 2015 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
David was born March 18, 1961 in Clifton Forge, Virginia, to the late Claude Otha Biggs and Hallie Nicely Biggs.
He was employed by ITT in Roanoke as a calibration technician. He was also a member of the Clifton Forge Elks Lodge # 1065.
He is survived by a sister, Mary B. Broughman and husband, Tommy of Eagle Rock; a brother, Ronnie Biggs and wife, Debbie, also of Eagle Rock; five nieces, Sherry Fowler, Christina Wheeler, Patricia Brown, Shannin Haynes, and Amy Lipscomb; a nephew, Corey Morris.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 23, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home with the Reverend Jessee Howard officiating.
Pallbearers will be selected from friends attending the service. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. at Nicely Funeral Home.
