Mr. Harold Edward (Buddy) Hoke, age 75, of Johnson City, TN, formerly of Augusta, WV, and Laurel, MD, died Saturday, December 5, 2015.

Mr. Hoke was born July 27, 1940 in Barbersville, MD, the son of the late Roy Everett Hoke and Roxie Anna Howard.

He was the owner of Hoke Home Improvements, a carpentry service.

Mr. Hoke is survived by Delores Anshutz, mother of his children Harold E. Hoke, Jr. (Skeeter) of Stoney Creek, TN, Troy D. Hoke of Bristol, TN, and Tammy L. Hoke, of Gray, TN., and father of Charles Hoke and Brittney Hoke; honorary daughter, Aprile Carter of Johnson City, TN; a brother, Roy D. Hoke of Severn, MD; and a sister, Virginia Christine Eller of Brooklyn Park, MD; nephew, Roy Hoke of Sarasota, Fl.; and niece, Roxianna Eller of Brooklyn Park, MD; and special friend, Carol Ray of Augusta, WV.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 9, 2015, from the chapel of Loving Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Hartsfield officiating.

Interment will follow in Sweet Chalybeate Cemetery, Sweet Springs, WV.
