Roberta Marie Dant Broughman, age 58, of 300 Crossing Lane, Low Moor, Virginia, died Monday, December 7, 2015 at her residence.

She was born January 4, 1957 in Prince Georges, Maryland, to Kenneth Raymond and Patricia Gail Trunell Dant.

She was a homemaker throughout her life.

In addition to her parents, Kenneth and Patricia Dant, she is survived by her husband, David W. Broughman; a sister, Bonnie Gufrie and husband, Mike, and a brother, Steve Dant and wife, Denise.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, December 11, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Roanoke with Reverend Doug Hollenbeck officiating. Interment will immediately follow.

The family will receive friends on Friday morning from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge.
