Mr. Richard Steven Bodkin, age 61, of Central Virginia Training Center, Madison Heights, died Wednesday, March 9, 2016, at Lynchburg General Hospital, Lynchburg.
Mr. Bodkin was born February 17, 1955 in Clifton Forge, the son of the late Paul Wright Bodkin and Mildred Hicks Bodkin.
Mr. Bodkin is survived by a brother, Paul Michael Bodkin and wife, Elizabeth Tucker Bodkin; two cousins, Betty Miller Reeves of Mt. Solon and Carol Linkenhoker of Covington; and Cherie Brown and husband, David.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 21, 2016, from the Chapel of Central Virginia Training Center, Madison Heights, VA.
