Obituary for Jane (Frosty) Barker Webb Jane (Frosty) Barker Webb
Alleghany County Native Was DSLCC Student, Avid Traveler

Jane (Frosty) Barker Webb, age 64, of Covington, Virginia, died Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at her residence.

She was the wife of Lewie Daniel Webb.

Frosty was born September 29, 1951 in Alleghany County, a daughter of Norma Gray Ellis and the late Goble Allen Barker.

She attended Dabney S. Lancaster Community College.

Frosty enjoyed travelling and made many friends during her travels.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

In addition to her mother, Norma Gray Ellis, and her husband, Lewie Daniel Webb, Mrs. Webb is survived by two sons, Daniel Eric Webb and wife, Amanda, and Matthew Kyle Webb; two brothers, Allen Barker, John Barker and wife, Cindy; two sisters, Lisa Barker Gagnon and husband, Michael, and Jeanine Barker Sheppard; four grandchildren Margaret "Maggie" Webb, Mikayla Webb, Rilee Webb, and Lennox Webb; a sister-in-law, Anita Cary, and seven brothers-in-law, Tim Webb, Steve Webb, Rocky Webb, Ricky Webb, Jimmy Webb, Dennis Webb, and Doug Webb; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 26, 2016, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Tom Collins officiating and Rev. Bill Gilliland assisting.

Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Eric Webb, Matthew Kyle Webb, John Barker, Douglas Webb, Tim Webb, Josh Johnson, Noah Rapazzo, and Chris Gagnon.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 28, 2016 with Father Tom Collins officiating. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at Loving Funeral Home.

A Rosary service will be conducted Friday evening at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family would like to thank Mountain Regional Hospice for the excellent care provided during Frosty's final weeks.

The family suggests that memorial tributes take the form of contributions to the Wounded Warrior Project P. O. Box 758517 Topeka, KS 66675.
