Dorothy Moore Wolfe, 83, of Rich Patch Road, Covington, Virginia, died Wednesday, June 1, 2016, in the Brian Center Nursing Home at Low Moor.

Mrs. Wolfe was born April 10, 1933 in West Virginia, a daughter of the late Robert and Oma Graham Moore.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rodney Eugene Wolfe, Sr. in 1995, and also by one sister, Barbara Chilton and three brothers, Harold Moore, Robert Moore, and Sam Moore.

Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Crystal and James Lewis of Covington and Taynia and David Gilliland of Tennessee; three sons, Rodney Wolfe, Jr. and his wife, Margaret, and Brady Wolfe, all of Covington, and Adriel "Budgie" Wolfe and his wife, Earline, of Leroy, WV; one sister, Loretta Teele, of Covington; ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Friday June 3, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Arritt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Edith Snedegar officiating.

Interment will be held at Lone Star Cemetery.

The family will receive their friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at Arritt Funeral Home, Covington, Virginia.
