Alleghany County Native Was Lone Star Advent Christian Church Member

Marjorie Reynolds Madison, age 85, of 201 Ross Lane, Clifton Forge, Virginia died Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at The Woodlands in Clifton Forge.

She was born March 16, 1931 in Alleghany County, Virginia to the late Earnest E. Reynolds, Sr. and Leona Ross Reynolds.

She worked for Mizzy, Inc. of Clifton Forge and Pronto Press in Covington.

She was a member of Lone Star Advent Christian Church, where she served as a former Deaconess and was a member of the Susie Davis Circle.

She enjoyed her time and fellowship with the children of Hilltop Ministries and Camp ACCOVAC.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd W. Madison, Jr.; a son, William D. "Butch" Madison; a brother, Earnest E. Reynolds, Jr.; and a sister, JoAnn R. Reynolds.

She is survived by a daughter, Donna Feazell and husband, Harvey of Clifton Forge; a special daughter-in-law, Donna Nicely and husband, Keith of Clifton Forge; four grandchildren, Kurt Feazell and wife, Samantha, Velvet Peters, Scott Madison, and Joshua Madison and wife, Tiffany; seven great grandchildren, Braylin Madison, Kendal Madison, Tristan Madison, Owen Madison, Hayden Madison, Harper Feazell, and Charley Feazell; a number of nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Madeline Nicely of Iron Gate.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 2, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge, with Reverend Doug Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Central Advent Christian Cemetery, Clifton Forge.

Pallbearers will be Kurt Feazell, Josh Madison, Scott Madison, Keith Nicely, Dominique Washington, and Chris Fisher. Honorary pallbearers will be P.C. Curtis, C. J. Nicely, and Fred Whiting.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Nicely Funeral Home and other times at the home of Harvey and Donna Feazell, 211 Ross Lane, Clifton Forge.

The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions in Marjorie's name to the Lone Star Advent Christian Church Susie Davis Circle, c/o Jackie Franklin, 210 Second Avenue, Clifton Forge, VA 24422, or to Camp ACCOVAC, c/o Josie Denius, 33021 Mountain Valley Road, Millboro, VA 24460.
