Robert Michael (Mike) Miller, age 68, of Lexington, Virginia, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at his home.
Mike was born on November 12, 1948 in Lexington, Virginia, the son of the late Lewis Frances Miller and Sadie Moore Miller Law.
Mr. Miller is the last surviving member of his immediate family.
Mike spent his last 43 years employed at Washington & Lee University.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Catherine (Tootie) Miller, of Lexington, Virginia; one daughter, Charity Miller Preuss and her husband, Tim; two granddaughters, Hailey and Maddy Preuss, all of Stuarts Draft, Virginia.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, December 2, 2016, at the Harrison Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Paul Burns officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to your local area hospice.
Family will receive friends one hour prior the service at Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory, Lexington, Virginia.
