Obituary for Jack Conward Lindsay, Jr. Jack Conward Lindsay, Jr.
He Enjoyed Fishing And Was A Loving Father And Grandfather

Jack Conward Lindsay, 57, of 908 Rose Ave, Clifton Forge, Virginia, passed away Friday, December 2, 2016 at the LewisGale Hospital Alleghany in Low Moor, Virginia.

He was born October 10, 1959 in Bath County, Virginia, the son Mrs. Katie Camp Lindsay of Clifton Forge and the late Jack C. Lindsay, Sr.

Mr. Lindsay was a heavy equipment mechanic for Cartercat of Richmond, Virginia. He was previously employed with Madison Motors in Covington, Virginia.

Mr. Lindsay was a 1978 graduate of Bath County High School.

He enjoyed fishing and he was a loving father and grandfather.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Lisa Webb, of Troutville; three children, Ashton Lindsay, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Jaqueline Sims & husband Thomas, of Clifton Forge, and Mary Lindsay, of Troutville; a sister, Teresa Delosh & husband, Pete, of Spotsylvania, Virginia; two grandchildren, Bryce & Elizabeth Sims; and a niece Sara Delosh.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at McLaughlin & Young Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Richards and Pastor Edith Snedeger officiating. Interment will be in Warm Springs Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday evening at the funeral home.
