Shirley Elizabeth MacKey Taylor, 89, of 416 Clydes Run, Eagle Rock, Virginia died Saturday, November 26, 2016 at The Brian Center Health and Rehab Center in Low Moor, Virginia.

She was born March 14, 1927 in Richmond, Virginia, to the late William and Romola Frank MacKey.

She was a retired bookkeeper for the Virginia State Chamber of Commerce in Richmond, Virginia.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Taylor.

She is survived by a son William Grady Hollingsworth of Eagle Rock, Virginia and a sister, Peggy MacKey of Richmond, Virginia.

In keeping with her wishes, her body had been cremated. There are no services scheduled at this time.
