Melinda Griffin Hall, 66 of 410 W. Ridgeway St., Clifton Forge, died, Sunday February 19, 2017 at her residence.

Mrs. Hall was born March 11, 1950 in Alleghany County the daughter of the late Frank and Pauline Lowry Griffin.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Douglas C. Hall Sr. and two brothers.

She was a waitress at the Bullpen restaurant.

She is survived by a daughter Melissa Williams and husband Richard of Covington, a son Douglas "Buddy" Hall Jr. of Roanoke, two grandchildren Cassidy Williams and Kiersten Williams both of Covington, a number of nieces and nephews and a special friend Ron Puglisi of Clifton Forge. In keeping with her wishes her body has been cremated.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. in the Arritt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gordon Hammond officiating. The family will receive their friends following the service.
