Obituary for Betty Lee Givens Webb Betty Lee Givens Webb
Alleghany County Native Was Covington Wesleyan Church Member

Betty Lee Givens Webb, 75, of 1311 S. Dalton Avenue, Covington, Virginia, died Friday, October 6, 2017 in Lewis Gale Medical Center at Salem.

Mrs. Webb was born December 18, 1941 in Alleghany County, a daughter of the late Lonnie Lee and Evelyn Myrtle Tucker Givens.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Bobby Hoke, and her second husband, Leroy Webb.

She was a member of the Covington Wesleyan Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Gail Hise and her husband, John of Warm Springs and Sylvia Moorman of Covington; one son, Bobby Hoke, Jr. and his wife, Crystal of Covington; six grandchildren, Connor Hoke, Cameron Hoke, Jessica Ann Moorman and Dalton Nicely, all of Covington, and Bobby Hoke, III and his wife, Sheena, of Millen, GA, and Tristian Nicely of Warm Springs; one great granddaughter, Aubree Hoke; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Brenda and Ronnie Howard and Mary Ann and Eddie Watson, all of Covington, and Pat and Lee Dixon of Meadow Bridge, WV; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Buster and Carol Givens, Jerry and Susan Givens and Lonnie "Bubby" and Susan Givens, all of Covington; her very special friend, Betty Williams and a number of nieces and nephews.

In accordance with her wishes, her body has been cremated.

The funeral service will be held Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Arritt Funeral Home with the Rev. Adam Watts officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service at Arritt Funeral Home.
