Brenda Johnson Hubbard, 61, of Natural Bridge Station, Virginia, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2017.

Born in Giles County on May 28, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Melvin Thomas Johnson and Christine Martin Johnson.

Brenda was employed with Mohawk Industries in Glasgow.

She is survived by her brother, Johnny Johnson and wife, Brenda of Bridgewater; special aunt, Mary Sue Gray of Harrisonburg; niece, Brandy Carter and husband, Jon of Mt. Crawford; nephew, Travis Johnson and wife, Katherine of Bridgewater; one great-niece; four great-nephews; and her special cat, Gracie.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017 at Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Lewis McDaniel. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
