Paul Lee Crizer, Sr., 91, of 1322 S. David Street, Covington, Virginia, died Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at his home.

Mr. Crizer was born January 12, 1926, in Covington, a son of the late Henry and Mary Arritt Crizer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Hepler Crizer in 2014, and also by his brother, Bobby Crizer, and his sister, Shirley Ramsey.

He retired in 1991 as a maintenance mechanic after 47 years with Westrock.

Surviving are his son, Paul L. Crizer, Jr., and his wife, Dawn of Covington and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Monday, November 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the graveside in Alleghany Memorial Park with Rev. Bill Gilliland officiating.

The family will receive their friends Monday from 12:30 p.m. until service time at Arritt Funeral Home.
