Regan Lain Fischer, infant baby daughter of Kirk Lynwood Fischer and Ashley Dawn Richmond Fischer, of Hot Springs, Virginia, passed away Monday, November 13, 2017 at The University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia.

She was born November 12, 2017 in Charlottesville.

Even though Regan's life was short, she was deeply loved by her family and friends. Her time here on earth was precious, and she will remain in our hearts forever.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother and sister, Raymond Wayne Fischer and Ashlyn Ford Fischer, both of Hot Springs; paternal grandparents, Raymond Fischer of Covington, Virginia and Deborah Fischer of Covington; maternal grandparents, Wayne and Sharon Richmond of Covington; aunts and uncles, Lisa Graham and husband, Randy of Newport, Pennsylvania, Jessica Nicely and husband, William, Brandy Richmond, Dennis Richmond, Jr. and wife, Reba, all of Covington; and numerous cousins, great aunts and great uncles.

A funeral service will be conducted 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 18, 2017 at McLaughlin & Young Funeral Home with Pastor Barry Daniels officiating. Interment will be in Jones Cemetery.
