Mary Miller Plogger, 93, of Rockbridge Baths, VA, died Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at Heritage Hall.

Born March 22, 1924, in Rockbridge County, she was a daughter of the late Otto Rodney Miller and Mattie Bell Swisher Miller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Clinton Plogger, and a son, Clay Plogger.

Mary was a member of New Monmouth Presbyterian Church and was a private duty nurse.

Surviving are her children, Rodney C. Plogger and wife Debbie, and Martha Ann Robertson; grandchildren Clay and Sara Robertson, Joshua Plogger and Molly Boyd; great-granddaughter, Taylor Ann Boyd; a step-grandson, Jeremy Brown; and one step great-grandson, Sam Brown.

A graveside service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in New Monmouth Presbyterian Cemetery followed at 2 p.m. by a memorial service in the New Monmouth Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Casey and Rachel Clark, and also Rev. Scott Reese officiating.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, November 18, at Harrison Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Bible Camp, 111 Bible Camp Lane, Goshen, VA 24439.
