Richard "Dickie" Dolan, 77, of Ronceverte, WV, passed away Wednesday November 22, 2017 at his residence.

Dickie was born January 27, 1940 in Ronceverte, WV, and was the son of the late Julian L. and Maebelle Skaggs Dolan.

He was a US Army veteran and a retired equipment operator with the WV Paving Company.

Other than his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Julian Dolan.

Surviving are his wife Judy Erskine Dolan; daughters, Paula Dolan Clemons and her husband, Doug, of Maxwelton and Lisa Dolan and companion, Jess, of Lewisburg; sons, Jerry Dolan and his wife, Carolyn, of Frankford and Randy Dolan, of Ronceverte; grandchildren, Bryan Dolan, Brandon Dolan, Emily Norman and her husband, Josh, Troy Clemons, Jaxon, Mace and Maddix; great-grandson Thomas Norman and a sister, Charlotte Ackley, of Fredericksburg, VA.

Funeral services for Dickie will be Saturday, November 25, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. at the Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Ronceverte, WV, with Pastor Gary Baker officiating. Interment with military honors will follow at the Riverview Cemetery in Ronceverte, WV.

The family will receive family and friends on Saturday, November 25, 2017, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the White Sulphur Springs Center, 345 Pocahontas Trail, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986.
