Noah Andrew Williams, Jr., 58 of Roanoke, Virginia, formerly of Millboro, VA, passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2017.

He was born on May 31, 1959 to the late Noah A. Williams, Sr. and Ruth Scott Williams Minor.

He was employed with Adams Construction Company for many years.

He is survived by stepbrothers and stepsisters, Debbie Williams of NJ, Tina Edwards of Staunton, VA, Everette Minor of Waynesboro, VA, Patricia Belton of PA, Annie Veney of Manasas, VA; aunts: Jenny Minor of Staunton, VA, Lolly Berry of MD, Alice Jones of NC, Rosa Scott Johnson of Millboro, VA and Ella Cabiness of Danville, VA and Audrey Scott of Roanoke, many devoted cousins other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 25, 2017 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Millboro, VA.
