Delmas Lee Ramsey, 71, of White Sulphur Springs, WV, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2017 at his residence.

Delmas was born on August 16, 1946, in White Sulphur Springs, WV, to the late Humphrey Dilworth and Delphia Jane Spence Ramsey.

He is survived by his brother, Kester Ramsey and wife, Carole of White Sulphur Springs, WV, nieces, Betty Mace, Sharon Dunbar, Elise Ramsey; nephew, Clay Ramsey; as well as several great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in White Sulphur Springs, WV, with Rev. Ralph Hubbard officiating. Burial will follow at the Spence Cemetery in Glace, WV.

Friends may call on Sunday, November 26, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until time of service.
