William Roger Ratliff, 64, of White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at the White Sulphur Springs Care Center.

Born February 9, 1953 at Beckley, he was a son of the late Charles Edward Ratliff, I and the late Mildred Irene Smith Ratliff.

Roger was a driver for Mountain State Periodicals in Charleston.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Charlotte Callison.

Survivors include three daughters, Cathy Sexton (Jeff), their children, Kenzie and Ally; Millie Stewart (Larry), their son, Zack; and Patricia Thompson (Jay) their children, Hayden and Grayson, all of Charleston, WV; a sister, Phyllis Ratliff of Fairlea; and two brothers, Glenville Ratliff of Ronceverte and Charles E. Ratliff, II (Gerry) of Michigan.

Mr. Ratliff will be cremated and no services will be held.

The Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
