Hilda Camden Smiley, 78, of Glasgow, Virginia, died Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Heritage Hall.

Born April 17, 1939 in Lexington, a daughter of the late William Henry Camden and Stella Ogden Camden.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Morris Leroy Smiley, Jr.

Mrs. Smiley was a member of the Falling Spring Presbyterian Church, and retired from the human resource department at Burlington Industries.

Surviving are one daughter, Lisa T. Smiley Adam; one son, Christopher "Scott" Smiley, both of Glasgow; brother; Kenneth "Buck" Camden; one granddaughter, Alexandra "Allie" Smiley; three great granddaughters, Mckenna Smiley, Khloee Wilhelm, and Macie Wilhelm.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday December 9, 2017 at Harrison Funeral Chapel with Pastor Ken officiating. Burial will follow at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
