Born June 28, 1952 in Alabama, he was a son of the late Alvy Grayson and Elizabeth Heidner Johenning.

He worked for James T. Davis Painting for over 35 years.

Surviving is his brother, Donald L. Johenning of Homer, Alaska.

There will be a graveside service at Stonewall Jackson Cemetery at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 29.
