Hugh Morrow Hardbarger, 81, of Lexington, Virginia died Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Carilion Stonewall Jackson Hospital.

Born July 5, 1936 in Charlottesville, he was a son of the late Harry O. Hardbarger and Wilhelmina Burkhart Hardbarger.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his a daughter, Pamela Bingler.

Hugh served in the U. S. Navy for four years and then retired as electrician with IBEW.

He also was a member of Collierstown Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are his wife, Sandra Thomas Hardbarger; son, Hugh Hardbarger; three grandchildren, Charles, Christopher and Trenton Bingler; and sister, Harriet Trudell.

There will be no service at this time.
