Obituary for Phyllis Ann Boggs Phyllis Ann Boggs
Ronceverte Native Cared For Disabled, Elderly

Phyllis Ann Boggs, 49, of Fairlea, WV, passed away peacefully following a brief illness on January 10, 2018 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center. She was surrounded by family and friends who loved her dearly.

Born Phyllis Ann Kast on March 28, 1968 in Ronceverte, WV, she remained in West Virginia for the remainder of her life, where she spent her professional years caring for the elderly and disabled in Greenbrier and Monroe counties.

She spent 10 years as a volunteer cheerleading coach for the lady Celtics at Union Elementary and later Mountain View Elementary in Union.

She is survived by her partner, Jeffrey Boggs of Second Creek; son, Jamie Boggs and wife, Kandi of Princeton; daughter, Angela Brammer and husband, Kevin of Alderson; sister, Lisa Lane and husband, Darrell of Crows, VA; sister, Martha Kast of Ronveverte; brother, Buddy Ridgeway of Fairlea; brother, Daniel Kast and wife, Michelle of Frankford; (like a sister) cousin, Charlene Nicholas and husband, Nick of Lewisburg; father, Jesse Franklin Kast, Sr. of Fairlea; mother, Dreama Ridgeway of Fairlea; and her six grandchildren: Morgan, Ayden, Owen, Ethan, Emilee, and Alexander. Also, many aunts, uncles, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her beloved brother Jesse Franklin "Frankie" Kast, Jr. in 2003.

Funeral services, including visitation, will be held on Tuesday, January 16th, 2018 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Ronceverte, WV.
