Talmadge Powell Dudley, 74, of Lexington, Virginia died Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at his home.

He was born June 6, 1943 in Buena Vista, a son of the late Thomas H. Dudley and Estille Hayslett Dudley.

Surviving are his daughters, Amanda Starr Clark, Melissa Gayhart and Amie Gayhar; a brother, Theodor R. Dudley; nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Harrison Funeral Chapel by the Rev. David Bain. Burial will follow at Mt. Moreland Cemetery.

The family will receive friends for one hour prior to service.
