Bernice Ruth Woods McGuffin, born December 8, 1929 entered into the church triumphant on Friday, March 30, 2018.

Ruth was the daughter of the late J.C. and Rebecca Woods.

Ruth's spirit lives on in her two daughters, Beverley and husband, Jim Clements, and Susan and her husband, John Alexander; six grandchildren, Chris and wife, Cheryl, Aaron, Micah, Tate, Kyle Alexander, and Kara and husband, Jacob Ridenhour; two great grandsons, Noah and Tate Ridenhour. Ruth is now reunited with her husband, Buddy, daughter, Janet, and son, Mark McGuffin.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Harrison Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Samuel Groves officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Cats Unlimited, a wonderful volunteer organization where Mom found her "purr"fect companion, Fred, or to a church or charity of your choice.
