Norman Charles Foley, age 73, of 105 Fenway Drive, Charles Town, West Virginia, died Thursday, March 29, 2018 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Center in Kearneysville, West Virginia.

He was born June 22, 1944 in Washington D.C. to the late Joseph F. and Helen McCoy Foley.

He was a retired firefighter for Washington D. C. Fire Department.

He is survived by his wife, Glenda K. Austin of Charles Town, WV and a brother, Donald Foley of Iron Gate, VA.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. in Mountain View Cemetery, Clifton Forge with Reverend Bill Bearden officiating. Interment will follow. There will be no visitation. The family and friends will gather at the cemetery.
