Teresa Gail Moore Whittington, 58, of Buena Vista, Virginia died Sunday, April 29, 2018.

Born October 4, 1959 in Rockbridge County, she was a daughter of Carl R. Moore and Emma G. Moore.

Surviving are her children, Eric Todd Sorrells and wife, Becky, Julie Dawn Taylor and husband, Ricky; one brother, Larry D. Moore and wife, Karen; two sisters, Fonda M. Coffey and husband, Edward, and Penny M. Burch and husband, Mike; two grandchildren, Jacob T. Sorrells and Hayden G. Taylor; and special aunt, Brenda Smith; nephews and nieces, Chad Coffey, Chase Coffey, Hannah Burch, McKenzie Burch, Samantha Lacey, Brittany Moore and Kyleigh Arehart.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2018, at Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Chapel by the Rev. John McDonald. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at the funeral home.
