Obituary for Glenna Boggs Frazier Glenna Boggs Frazier
Lewisburg Resident Dies At Age 94

Our loving mother, Glenna Boggs Frazier went home to be with The Lord on Monday, April 30, 2018.

Glenna, a resident of Lewisburg, West Virginia, was born June 28, 1923 at Second Creek, WV, she was a daughter of the late Marshall Lee Boggs and Mary Susan Ridgeway Boggs.

She was a devoted mother and homemaker. Glenna loved reading, cooking, gardening and was very active as a member of the First Baptist Church of Fairlea.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Forrest Fielding Frazier on March 8, 2013, along with three sisters and six brothers.

She is survived by one son, Forrest Frazier, Jr. (Pamela) of Cary, NC; three daughters, Barbara Shores (Johnny), Debbie Lindsey (David) and Diane Simms (George), all of Lewisburg; four grandchildren, Jonathan Shores (Megan) of Apex, NC, Stephen Shores of Harbinger, NC, Jefferey Frazier of Cary, NC and Julie Frazier of Lodi, California; three great grandchildren; four sisters, Mary Pence of King, NC, Phyllis Scruggs of Roanoke, VA, Isabel Fogus of Pulaski, VA, and Juanita Jewell of Verona, VA; three brothers, Hurshel Boggs of Charleston, WV, Clayton Boggs of Troutville, VA, and Billy Joe Boggs of Roanoke, VA. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Friday, May 4, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Fairlea, with Pastor Gary Baker and Pastor Dallas Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery at Organ

Cave. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening, May 3, 2018 from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the church in Fairlea. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cystic Fibrosis at CF Foundation, c/o Barbara Shores, P. O. Box 733, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
