Georgia Darlene Coleman Crawford, 62, of Buena Vista, Virginia passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, June 13, 2018.

She was a daughter of her late loving parents, Myrtle Wilhelm Coleman and Herbert Eldridge Coleman.

She was also preceded in death by sisters, Juanita Lowry and Margaret Ford, and a brother, Roger Lee Coleman.

Darlene was a lifetime member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She was a caregiver to many who loved her unconditionally. Darlene loved her family very much, and would move mountains for her babies, Jenny and Renay. She loved to sing and cook.

She is survived by two loving children, Roy Renay Crawford and Jennifer Marie Crawford; sisters, Regina Roberts, Ellen Coleman, Doris Wheeler, Sheila Coleman and Norma Rosson; and brothers, Jimmy and wife, Nancy, Bob, Wallace and wife, Donna; and her faithful Yorkie, Braxton, a constant at her side.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, June 18, 2018. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at the Buena Vista Chapel by Brother Russ Tompkins. Burial will follow at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, June 17, 2018 at the funeral home.
