Charles Wayne Spangler, 76, of Buena Vista, Virginia passed away, Saturday, June 30, 2018.

A funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, July 5, 2018 at the Buena Vista Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Buena Vista, Va.
