Johnathan Daniel (Pete) Mohler, 78, of Buena Vista, Virginia died July 21, 2018.

Born in Nelson County Virginia, he was a son of the late John Milton Mohler and Rena Bell Fitzgerald Mohler.

Pete's working career consisted of Westvaco, James Lees, Kennametal and then retirement from Amp Inc.

Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Virginia Dudley Mohler; children, Thomas Daniel Mohler, Karen Sue Fujiwara and Kenneth Wayne Mohler; sister, Mary Jane Stanley; grandchildren, Joshua Daniel Mohler, Thomas Keith Mohler, Matthew David Mohler, Cassandra Ann Mohler, Lindsey Kay Walden, Justin Thomas Mohler and McKenna Renee Mohler; great-grandchildren, Alexa Danielle Mohler, Eli Keith Mohler, Liam Gray Mohler, Kaden Zeke Mohler and Mia Kate Walden.

At Pete's request there will be no visitation or funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rockbridge Area Hospice, 315 Myers Street, Lexington, VA 24450.
